It wanst hotels.com fault they did everything to acomodate is but on the other hand advantage vacation home they closed 2 hours before the sign said we reserved a HOUSE with a private pool we get there no pool and it has a town home sofas were broken neither of the tubs worked there was no 24 hour emergency service beds were uncomfortable the whole night sucked we cancelled our second day and went to another hotel never again id stay with advantage home not even if they pay for the trip

Property location and size of rooms are OK. The beds are terrible! I had never tried to sleep on such cheap, uncomfortable, squeaky noisy beds. Linens also very cheap, polyester like. We could barely sleep at all. Not even the basic toiletries were available. No toilet paper! Two towels for 3 bedrooms??? We didn't even dare try to get into the pool...water was very cloudy. Also A/C set to 75 degrees with specific instructions not to even try to change it....who decides what temperature I have to sleep at?? I'm paying and I wish to sleep at the same temperature I sleep at home!!! ....Not good at all, NEVER booking again at Advantage Vacation Homes.

Great place, location not as great.

We had a great stay with family. I was disappointed that the fridge didn't work properly & they would rent out home without working appliances. We purchased food & it would not keep the food cold & freezer didn't work. So our food & ice cream was spoiled the next day. The company was also aware of problem before we arrive per the quest book in the home. They never repair or replaced the fridge on our visit. Upon check I was only giving manager # to call for complaint & clerk said aware of issue.

We had a wonderful stay with advantage vacation homes! Rooms were clean and the master bathroom was wonderful. The pool was a plus! Definitely would stay again!!

This house was far from everything. It was in a nice gated community were most houses were still in construction. The house looked new and confortable feom the outside. The rooms were clean. The beds were very unconfortable and some of them were even broke. They did not include any shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. The towels were very cheap made and very worn, they were really thing. Overall the house was in good shape but the quality of the furniture was aweful. We spend only two nights.

This 30 years house was listed as "luxury" place and 5 miles to Disney world. It was 18 miles away. Air condition was set to 75 degree and only one section of the house. Could not bring down the temperature. It was so hot that we could not sleep. the outside temperature in Florida was over 89. lights was not working in 2 rooms. Fan switches not working. Toaster not working. No paper towel , dish soap tissues. No towels or wash clothes. Just a ragged tag few towels. Furniture in living was so bad that you could sit on it (spring will go right through your bottom. No grill. Dumpy neighborhood. Called “hotel” number after entering the house for all the problems in the house but no one to reach. The message said office was closed till next Monday (next 4 days). We had two 18 months old babies that could not sleep because it was so hot. Called Expdia. and asked for refund. They could not get in touch with "hotel" management. same message. Closed till Monday. This house should be listed with Expedia. It should be with MOtel six chain. I was charged $700 for 3 nights for this dump. Very upset and disappointed. I have asked for refund and never stayed in this place.
