The house was ok, a little disappointed with the overall condition of the home. Carpet could use a good steam cleaning and a little updating would be nice. Pool was cold however was not a big deal considering it was in the 90's outside. Needs to be resurfaced had to were swim shoes in order to swim in pool. Upon arriving, had to go to the nearest store to buy bathroom tissue, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags and paper towels. We have rented vacation homes before but never one in such a disappointing state. Extremely hot and AC could not be lowered from 75. It was in the high 90's outside and the house never felt cool at all. Day or night. I live in South Florida and my AC is programed at 72-74 and has never frozen.

The house was beautiful. Location was great. Very clean. Kids had a grey time in the pool. We will be back next year. Only thing is to remember to bring plenty of toilet paper and trash bags they don't supply enough for a stay of four days or more.

I was disappointed with Advantage Vacation home for several reasons: pool had no lights (no evening swimming), patio furniture were dirty/smelly and had dead bugs as if it had not been cleaned in months. The pool walls were slimy like it had not been cleaned in some time. No pool toys. They stated that there was a gaming room (pool table etc) but this was in the garage of the home and very hot! Advantage and expedia website state all the homes are in the Kissimmee area, this is not a fact as they put us in Davenport). This only added to time commuting to the Disney parks & shopping. The home had a musty odour which was offensive and carpets had seen better days. Website indicates no cleaning fees with five days rental - beware this is five nights (and not days) and I was charged a $95 cleaning fee in addition to the security deposit. The beds were very uncomfortable - all the rooms needed new mattresses. I will not be using this company in the future. I rented through Dollar car rental and they really try to sell you their own insurance. BEWARE most Canadian insurance companies cover rental car insurance in the US (although Dollar informed me that they do not; I had confirmed this with my company prior to departure). I was charged additional for the liability fee and $10 in gas although the fuel gauge read FULL - argued with this but they said to go to the front desk -frustrating when you need to check into the airport to catch a flight home. Never Dollar again!

The house was great. It had a 2 car garage and pool. 4bedroom home with 2.5 bath. Only thing was 2 of the bedrooms were set up as kids rooms with 2 twin beds. Not explained in advance. Also only 1roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we ran out. Since we had 4 adult parties. 3 with spouses. So we had 7 adults which there was plenty of room but limited toilet paper. Other than that everything went great! Would recommend! Also it was on opposite location from where we were going. But we knew that going in so it was ok.

This is my third time using Advantage Vacation Homes and never had any major issues. This time we arrived earlier than check in time and we're granted the keys to the house, it was greatly appreciated. The property was well maintained and for some reason pool heat was at 94`F but was welcomed since it was cooler than normal that week. I had originally booked a 3 Bedroom and received a 4 bedroom and the same last time. Directions given to property were great. The house was located in a quiet, safe and very well kept community.

Normally I always read the reviews and realize you can't please everybody, my standards aren't extreme and have stayed at many modest places…BUT this place never again. I have stayed in the area before, so the location of the home is good, close to the parks etc. However, the cleanliness of the home was disgusting .The dishes in the cupboards were used and put away dirty, and not just a couple but all the dishes. unless you want to spend your vacation time cleaning I suggest you go else where. The majority of blinds in the living room were broken as well as in the master bathroom.The unit also contained tropical cockroaches that came in and out through the cracks in the windows. The place was a older home and the decor as well,and I'm ok with that,what I can't put up with is the place is DIRTY!!!!! Also remember to buy your own dishwashing cubes as they only provide one as well as the toilet paper, they only provide you with one roll.The bonus was at least they had a washer and dryer so I could wash the linens and towels.

Dont' stay there unless you are pepard to drive miles further from the published address since this is loose rental office and NOT on site of designated resort as you think ..! No human contact with no services at all, no early arrival procedures, you get an envelope to check in after 4PM to drive off several miles to house in bad neighborhood with poor accomodations and minimal cleaning even they charge you a high cleaning fee prior to check in? You better off staying closer to the attractions with amenities paid for instead!

I didn't like the fact it was never revealed how far from the parks the house was. I didn't like the fact that some of the rules were confusing. I was never informed that we would be required to keep the thermostat at 75 degrees, otherwise we would be responsible for any damage to the air conditioning, I cannot sleep in those temperatures. The bed was rock hard. The dryer did not work, and I spent a huge amount of time dealing with dying clothes. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken and ran constantly, I had to turn the water off. The garbage disposal wasn't working and I didn't realize until I had put waste into it. It's a shame because the house was a nice size house, and set up nicely for a large group of people, it was just not well maintained.

Everything was great just bed in master bedroom was terrible. Needs some updating but all in all it was nice.
