This place was AWESOME! Contrary to the results I read before booking our trip, my ENTIRE FAMILY loved our villa! It was in a perfect location, and VERY CLOSE to Disney's Magic Kingdom. We will definitely keep ADVANTAGE VACATION HOMES in consideration, as we prepare for our next journey!
House was nice and clean. The only problem was trash was left in garbage can from previous family. They ask you to not strip the beds when leaving so makes you wonder if linens are actually being washed. But overall I was pleased.
Great experience !i would recommend this to anyone. The price was right and the quality was top shelf.
Hello I booked this rental because of the amount of kids I was taking on vacation for the summer total of six if I had rented a hotel I'd have to rent two rooms for a week I stayed six days five nights. The home was awesome no compliants on anything nice rooms comfortable beds and the pool was awesome they have everything you would need a home away from home. Hitchcock tx
The place was a little out dated but overall it was more than enough for the 5 of us. There was only two rolls of Toilet paper so we had to buy more and there was no soap to wash the dishes or laundry which we bought as well. The toilet in the master bed ran at times but it didn't bother us.
It was the best condo I have stayed in the area. The condo had a clean pool, nice big kitchen arena and a master bedroom to love.
I had never rented a house before and did not know what to expect. Without a doubt, I will now be renting a house whenever possible. The company was very easy to work with and made the experience great. The house was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was so very nice to come home after a busy day and relax in the pool. The kids could make as much noise as they wanted and splash in the pool after a day spent exploring Florida.
Nice home with a private pool that my kids loved. Air conditioning didn't work when we arrived but was fixed the next day. Staff was very friendly.Home was much nicer than some hotels I've stayed in.
the stay was great, the location was perfect, but the only problem was the hardness of the beds!! They were very hard and uncomfortable.
The house was in the middle of a neighborhood, I was expecting more of a complex. The appearence driving up was a little disappointing and the inside was a little more comforting. The kitchen appliances were run down and the garbage disposal wasn't working which to my horror on a 96 degree day, I did not find out until I poured everyone's left over cereal down it :( The beds were are hard and only one side of the house had hot water. A good portion of the blinds had slats missing so was very uncomfortable changing. I hope that the huge palmetto bug my husband had to smack with a broom 4 times was a loner and I did not bring his friends home with me. The upside was the pool was nicely kept up. Just a very awkward place to stay.
