Very nice house, all the beds are very old and noisy, place is very far from all. Everything else is great! Nice pool! Don't have wi-fi
Air Conditioned did not work for 2 days for heating and the mattress in the sofa wasn't there
location good, quiet area, near amenities. However, accommodation was in need of a good clean up, overall appearance was looking "tired". Pool and surrounding area was in need of attention as were the bathrooms.
The garbage disposal was broken and the turntable in the microwave was not turning. I emailed the office on Sunday and on Monday, which by the way was Labor Day, maintenance were there and installed brand new items!! Awesome service, great house, my only comment would be too many fake floral arrangements and the linens were a little "tired"!! Otherwise great deal for the money.
All in all the house was very nice and clean, the pool was a little disappointing, in need of some maintenance, the shower off the spare bedrooms in the hall was not working properly so we all had to share the bathroom in the masterbedroom. The carpets throughout the house need to be steam cleaned because of stains but in general very nice home.
When we first got there we found a dirty pan in the oven and a few other thing that was not clean. The place is beautiful with a inclosed pool. We washed the clothes and went to dry them and the dryer did not work. When we reported it to one of the guys that came to ck the pool he said he would report it (I already did) he told me to just put the clothes outside to dry. Was not happy about that, Overall we loved the place and we will probably return. Had alot of privicy
MY FAMILY LOVED STAYING IN ADVANTAGE VACATION HOMES. THE KIDS LOVED THE ROOMINESS OF THE HOUSE, THE POOL, AND THE BACKYARD. MY HUSBAND AND I FOUND IT HARD TO LEAVE. THE COMFORTS OF THE VACATION HOME MADE OUR VACATION EXTRAORDINARY! DEFINITELY VISITING AGAIN!
I loved that the house had a private pool. It was very clean And had washe dryer,internet,cable,.plenty Of towels very convinient. We had a wonderful time in and out Of the house great family vacation.
The house was very clean upon arrival. The updated decor was well worth the extra money. The pool was clean and a lot of fun to use. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful our home was not ready because we arrived early and I believe Chris who was working that day went over each of the parks and how to maximize our time while we were staying there. Excellent customer service. This was my second stay with advantage homes and I highly recommend it to others.
WE HAD LOTS OF FUN, POOL WAS NICE, COOL AND CLEAN.....KITCHEN WAS GREAT...SHOWERS NICE....
