The house was nice - not very clean- outdated- fine if you want to cook and not spend time in the house- Company who runs it is not accommodating. If you want to wake up at 7 am to people calling and the the lawn service - this is good- If you want to actually sleep in - don't come.

The first house we were supposed to stay in is a beautiful three bedroom with a pool, but the heat was not working in their pool. Because of the children we decided heat was necessary for the comfort of the pool so we moved to another house. This one has four bedrooms because there was no other three bedroom house available. Because of the upgrade we had to pay an extra $20.00 per day. I feel that we should not be responsible for the upgrade fee. It was no through no fault of ours that the heat was broken on the pool and I booked this vacation in January of this year. I didn't want any hassles so we paid the extra $140.00 . Other than this issue, the house was perfect.

Having an entire house to yourself is the way to go.

After travelling for 24 hours I was hoping that the house would be OK for my family however I was shocked the house was GREAT, the office was closed but I had the key box code that worked and we had the directions just right to our Holiday home. The house was clean and in a good secure location. Everything I could ask for was here and it did feel like our home if only for two weeks. The following day we went to the office and filled in one form which took less than a few minutes, the staff was great and friendly. This is a superb house that I recommend it to anyone looking for a big home for your vacation if like us only for two weeks this was our home.

Overall a great time by everyone - only drawback flights - missed flight on way out 5 hour layover - on way back 5 hour delay due to weather in uk plus no pilot for plane in Newark

The home was decent and clean, however the subdivision had what appeared as numerous foreclosures that had grass knee high and felt unsecure since this is not a gated community. Upon arrival we noticed the front door had a regular door lock and 2 deadbolts making us wonder what the need for the extra locks would be. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no additional toilet paper in the home. There were no paper towels, no tissues, no dish washer detergent/nor dish soap. I feel that at least at a hotel or condo we would have been supplied with at least a meager amount of supplies. The office staff were nice but we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay upon checking out. I feel that customer service is a must if you are to have repeat business and good "word of mouth" advertising and I cannot honestly refer this rental . Sincerely,

We had a great time the house was in a great location roomy and decent. Even got check in early. We will be renting again from them just wish we knew to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and dish soap before we got there. House was clean but trash was left on the table could of been from the cleaning person.

The house was big, clean and well equipped. We booked a 3 bedrooms house, but Advantage vacations did give us a 4 bedrooms house at no extra charge. We liked every thing about this house and the swimming pool was just fantastic. The best thing about the house that we felt we are at home. The staff at Advantage vacations were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again and again.

The house was very pleasant, lots of room for everyone, we had 7 in our party. I would absolutely stay with advantage again we had a great time.
