Hyatt House Scottsdale Old Town

Unser Apartment war groß, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage hat ein Pool und einen schönen Garten. Gutres Frühstück.

Leider schauen die meisten Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auf den allgemeinen Teil, d.h. es gehen Leute direkt daran vorbei. Man muss also die Vorhänge Tag und Nacht geschlossen halten. Sehr unangenehm!

Großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und schöne Anlage, wirkt alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Hauptstraße von Scottsdale leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wände sehr dünn und damit leider recht laut.

Ok. So it’s a 3 star hotel at best. Reasonable location. Breakfast poor. The fresh fruit ran out if you weren’t there right away. Bed was horrific. Very saggy. Woke up sore. Terrible toiletries.

Hyatt House Scottsdale/Old Town feels more like a resort than your typical hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and I don't think there are elevators at this facility, even though there are rooms up to the 3rd floor units. Parking was free. We appreciate the upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen, even though there were only 2 of us; each of the bedroom has its own bathroom. We like the step-in shower and no bathtub, nice body wash/shampoo/hair conditioner, and the full size hairdryer. Hotel appears well maintained and clean, with hydration station (coffee/tea/water) by the lobby. There is a nice outdoor pool between the buildings and we saw several people laying out on the benches or swimming in the pool during our visit in mid-April. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed their complimentary hot breakfast, (scrambled eggs, pork sausage, potato cubes, french toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, oatmeal, etc). Scottsdale old town is about 10 minutes walk west from the hotel, and there are other shops in the area within walking distance as well. Area looks to be really nice with lots of hotels as well. We would stay here again if we come back in the future.

Your website and phone system are inaccurate. The H Bar does not serve food, despite advertising made-to-order omelets and dining options (false advertisement). One of the main reasons we chose this hotel. On top of this misinformation, the hotel failed to answer the phone 3 out of 4 times I called.

We had an enjoyable weeks stay here. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Old Town. The outdoor pool seems to be very popular. There was always people using it. I can’t imagine how busy the pool would be during Arizona’s well-documented hot summers. The front desk staff was friendly. They were helpful with suggestions of things to-do. Even offered some hints of stuff known to locals. This was very much appreciated to an out of state foreigner like myself. The free breakfast every morning offered an array of options. Some items seemed to rotate on a daily basis. Not the same old thing everyday. If, you’re of legal age, be sure to take advantage of their Happy Hour deals from 3pm (15:00) to 6pm (18:00) Monday through Friday. Honestly, the only negatives someone might have is that they don’t have a single elevator for the entire hotel. It is only 3 floors though. If you’re handicapped, no doubt you’ve made prearrangements to secure a first floor room. maid service is also only offered every other day. You can still request to have more towels/toilet paper or have your trash emptied. With all things considered, my family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat while in Scottsdale.
