The location was close to the airport and downtown Phoenix. Nice entrance, palm trees lighted up at night. Red, white, blue for 4th of July

The rooms were spacious and well kept. The clubhouse and grounds were lovely. Not a fan of Booking.com being the only way to address our reservation.

When we arrived our room had been given away. We kept our rooms & paid for both knowing we may not use one of the rooms on Fri night. It's not ideal that the facility has no way to attend to the those details for guests and it has to go through Booking,com. it takes away their ability to address those issues & let the guest know they are heard and seen & not just a booking.
