The room needed serious upgrades.

Good bed.

The photos are great but far from showing how it looks like in real life. The bathroom door without a handle that you can’t open or close, the handle of a faucet in a bathroom fell out. Microwave plate was dirty. Neighbors opening and closing a door at 6 am and it felt like they were in our room so no insulation. Rooms are very dark and it feels like you are in a dungeon. Bathroom didn’t have soap. No dish soap or soap in the kitchen area. They didn’t read remarks and instead of second floor overlooking the golf course I got first floor overlooking a parking lot. Also I paid for 2 nights but arrived later in the morning so they couldn’t find me until I pointed to check a previous day and then they were trying to overcharge me with an early check in I had to remind that I paid for a previous day too. Location is not good. Saw a few homeless people in that area and it’s not a gated community though it doesn’t look the worst and still pretty clean. Do not recommend.

Extremely clean, great location, plenty of parking, beautiful grounds, and professional staff.

The food and service at the restaurant was just average. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very good location, large spacious rooms.

People often complain about poor service in the comments, and I have to confirm this. After check-in, we found a few things in the room that needed fixing, such as mold in a poorly cleaned refrigerator. We reported the issue, but no one cleaned it during our three-week stay.

The facility in a whole is great. I dinner shift waitress was exceptional. Rey personable and efficient.

One front desk clerk (am shift) needs a little upgraded training in customer care. She acted like she was inconvenienced.

Quiet location near golf course with good amenities.

The units are dated but functional and economical. Walls were a bit thin. The window side light by the door did not have a blackout curtain so light from the porch light poured into the unit. I could not find a switch to turn off porch light so that was annoying. Check-in was efficient but not overly friendly, then they handed me off to a person pushing attendance at a timeshare presentation(eak!). It’s a huge property and I was given a room that seemed to be about a mile away from the pool area, so access was a pain. The price was good, and it was not the worst experience but there are better options depending on what you value.
