We actually were there almost two months. part of January, all of February and part of March. The staff was excellent and always tried to meet and solve problems. The accomodations were large which was nice, but the chairs became very uncomfortable after sitting in the a short while and the cable company's service was very sporadic.

Our accommodation was very comfortable, though the bedroom was a little on the small side, and we had a lovely ocean view. There were some retro aspects (DVD player, actual room keys), but we didn't mind that. The pool was small, but the hot tub was large, and the place overall had nice intimate feel. We were less than a 10-minute walk from a lovely beach, and two shopping centers with restaurants and shops were a couple of minutes' drive away. There was also a restaurant right next door, though it didn't look appealing to us. We were able to check in early (at no charge), and also to arrange late checkout (4pm) for a fee.

Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process.

Beautiful grounds and pools, the condo itself was spacious. There is a greenbelt that connects to Poipu Beach (0.2 miles) and Shipwreck Beach (0.5 miles). Very easy, beautiful flat walk. They also supply you beach towels.
The temperature was fine (travelled in January) but you should be aware there is only AC in the master bedroom (portable unit).

Overall good, but I saw advertisement where there is AC but there wasn't. Also, when I called to confirm the stay - the operator also said there is AC, but there wasn't. They gave me a portable AC, but it didn't work at all :(. This is my biggest grievance.
Mostly clean and comfy, but the walls and switch plates need to be wiped down. There were stained.

Location is good. Also like that there is someone at the office that's there to deal with issues during the day. Size of condo is good.
For the price, I felt the condo could have been a bit more updated (for example, carpet - we can't wear shoes inside but it feels a bit gross to walk on carpet when we don't know all the people who have used it before and how they treated the carpet. Also the bathroom etc could be a bit updated too).
