Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. He lost power the second morning. We were here for a period of time. The toilet in the bathroom leaked badly from the base the bedsheets were used and uncomfortable. Overall, very unsatisfied with our stay here. Also, the unit we were given was right by the busy highway very hard to fall asleep at night.

The property and location are great. Property well maintained!
Our unit needed a lot of tender living care. The furniture was old and not the best. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets would not stay on the bed and the head board kept hitting the wall every time we would roll over. The toilets needed to be fixed. They would run all day and night. There was a very uncomfortable table with 2 chairs out side on 1 lanai but the lanai outside the bedroom didn’t have any on it. So unless we were at the pool of beach you could spend time outside.

Place is a bit dated. Could do with some more cooking utensils, plates and cutlery and a clothes drying rack. Gets quite warm even in April. There is a portable AC for the main bedroom but it is too noisy to sleep with. Fortunately they have some high quality ceiling fans in both bedrooms which made sleeping possible.

This place needs a makeover regarding the carpets and some of the furniture / amenities. Tje apartment was rather dark, no real nice views. But the location of the apartment is very nice. It is in walking distance to the beach, has access to nice pools, has own parking spot. Also a quiet place.

Great location near beaches and restaurants.The condo was very large and had a nice garden view. The grounds were beautiful, with easy walking paths.
There were stairs from the parking lot to access even the ground floor units. We had a second floor unit, adding even more stairs. There is no air conditioning in any of the units.
