Plantation Hale Suites

L’emplacement est très sympa, près des commerces. Check-in facile et rapide. La literie est très confortable et la chambre est spacieuse.

Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre.

Spacious Balcony

The main issue that made everything else worst was the absolute appalling state of the bathroom (pics - unfortunately attached). The bathroom basin had faeces stains and there was no toilet brush I could use to remove them (not that I was supposed to but I arrived late and needing the loo!). As if this wasn’t enough the curtain shower had hairs stuck. A clean place is the most important thing for an accommodation not just for comfort but for H&S reasons! everything else is a plus! I poured washing up liquid (only thing available) and hoped for The best.. with no brush there was no hope Left. I could not call due to issue with my international phone so waited for the morning to visit the office to find a door closed and no one answered the bell. When emailed I received an extremely laid back response which infuriated me even more (as if I was complaining about TV not working) - also in picture. Needless to say none came to clean it and I’m now travelling back to the UK and probably the bathroom is still in that condition. S**t happens (literally!) but please a sure you make amend and offer something real to make amend during the stay. Just to add to the nightmare, the place is next to the main road that circles Kauai.. add that to the extremely noisy air conditioners and forget the rousters cockoodoodle-doo wake up I had until that point in lovely Kauai. Also when I got in I found a freezing flat (air co on). Fine, not my preference so as I tried to open the door to the balcony from the lounge it was stuck.. I took forever to open it until I gave up and tried later (finally succeeded! The curtain of this very door was also dirty (pic!) not a big deal but considering all of the above I’m gonna lay everything over. I could go on but I’ll stop..

Very clean, modern rooms -- comfortable!

Street noise however by 7 pm the highway quiets down to nothing. Peaceful evenings.

I had a very good stay at Plantation Hale Suites. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for my trip. While the property is a bit 'dated,' it remained very cozy and clean. I particularly enjoyed having access to the hotel's pools and spa. The location is incredibly practical for exploring the island, especially with Safeway and the Coconut Marketplace so close by. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for its convenience!

I got the wrong room. Was supposed to have two beds but only had one.
