Bad, run down rooms. No AC. Non useable sofabed. Big fruit-flies hogging bathroom (humid) areas.

Outstanding value for the price paid, Kapaa was perfectly located on Kauai!

Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt. Ich finde, man könnte das alles wirklich modernisieren. Immerhin ist Hawaii ein sehr teureres Reiseziel und dann kommt man in ein gefühlt 70er Jahre Hotel. Aber ich schätze das ist diese amerikanische Motel Version…

The apartment we received does not match the listing at all. The photos show a bright, modern space with tiled floors and an open kitchen. In reality, the unit is very dark, outdated, with old furniture and carpet throughout—something I specifically avoid due to allergies. This is misleading and directly impacted my health and comfort. Additionally: - The access code provided was incorrect, forcing us to make two trips to reception (10 minutes away each time). - The apartment smells musty and poorly maintained. - The kitchen is inadequately equipped (no wine glasses, no colander, missing basic items). - The layout does not match the photos (kitchen not actually open as shown). This is a clear case of false advertising. The accommodation does not meet the standards presented on your platform. I am requesting a partial refund and expect Booking.com to take this matter seriously. I look forward to your prompt response.

Perfect accommodation, excellent location. The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a long stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The only downside was communication. We had an issue in the building’s laundry room and had difficulty getting in touch with someone from the staff, both by phone and in person.
