The property was great. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was on the other side, like the check-in building, but overall, it was a great property to stay at.

The pool was in the check-in building where I was staying at. I didn’t see any pool near the area and I didn’t look correctly. I don’t know.

Horrible place, thin walls, up all night hearing slamming doors, toilets flushing, people moving furniture, no internet access as promised. Checked in late at night, could not work in these conditions, notified booking.com the next morning I would leave after 2 nights - was still charged for the full 2 week stay!! booking.com said it was the resort - the resort said it was booking.com

The resort is very clean! All front desk employees are well mannered and very helpful! Pools are clean and lots of parking is available! The room, balcony and view was the star of the resort. My babies really enjoyed the place.

We had to reprogram the keys almost EVERY DAY way at the front desk which is 4 minutes when driving and 24 minutes to walk. The second night my two kids and I went to the elevator to collect a pizza from the delivery guy. Good thing I brought my phone. The intercom downstairs at the door by building 212 just kept hanging up. Please bare-in-mind, if you do not have a USA phone you may not be able to contact the front desk. We also encountered another guest at the pool that was locked out as well. I had to contact the front desk for him. Please provide a WHATSAPP number that visitors from different countries can use. Additionally, change the key locks!!!!!!!!!

Stayed there at the last week of February 1 week of March and we came home and decided to go back for another two weeks. That’s how much we really love the place had a fantastic time totally enjoyable.
