Needs a walk in shower with glass door

Liked the bed, bathroom, kitchen.

Furnace and A/c didn't work. When called office they responded that the whole building were having issues with this. Asked when it would be fixed and they didn't give any answer. Another tenant's A/c and furnace was working. If you can't or won't fix the appliance, just say so, don't give a wishy answer. Furniture is in need of update.

O quarto é muito bom, estacionamento, no geral é muito bom, silencioso.

O período que fiquei hospedado não houve limpeza no quarto.

Bed was comfortable

No place to place your opened suitcase. No nightstands. The temperature became much colder than normal & the heater did not work until maintenance was notified and they had to turn on the heat feature. There were two elevators but one was broken during my complete stay which was six days. When I checked in I was assigned a handicap room which was changed after I asked to be assigned to another room. The stay did not meet acceptable expectations when I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience I was told to contact booking.com. which has nothing to do with the property condition

Rooms were spacious. Sofa bed was comfortable. Easy access to malls.

only one elevator worked. Had delays getting out of the building on checkout day.
