Our room was in a completely different part of the entire complex. Had to drive to go to main center and pool. Photos online do not reflect what you get. Phones to main desk didnt work. And when i called on my cellphone was put on hold for 20 minutes before I spoke to anyone.

Location of our room to main area. Staff was overwhelmed and gave my 1 hour checkout extension zero consideration. Key cards worked half the time. Pool in our location was small and seats around the pool were all taken
