Comfort Suites Dulles Airport

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells like mold and the furniture is very old.

i stayed there 4 nights , hotel serviced my room 1 time , asked for new towels several times before i can get a new set , no security box , no hygen kit, brkfst buffet nothing to write home about need improvement

Room 205 is a dark, gross, frat-like party room with a lame view, weak paint work, peeling wallpaper, a rotated emergency exit plan layout without a red dot, mismatched and inadequate lighting, split closet carpet, pilling sheets, a defaced headboard, an uneven and sticky standing lamp, a snagged and stained couch, and a painting above it with a damaged frame. Love the 1970’s yellow power receptacle!! The bathroom has rusted metal, a torn shower curtain, a broken toilet paper dispenser, and no ventilation or water pressure. It doesn’t take long to spot the resulting MOLD peppered throughout the bathroom. The pool is small and okay with mismatched furniture - like room 205. Its water fountains show some damage. My 8-year-old slipped and fell due to the slippery edge. We requested a pillow for the fold-out bed, but they were “sold out” of pillows. The breakfast was okay but the French toast sticks were soggy and the coffee was brown water. The building’s Comfort Suites sign was half-lit, much like the patrons stumbling in the lot.

Everything was bad, starting with the employee in the front disk into the room quality. I had bad experience with them in moving me from the hotel into the airport by the shuttle, and they transform me from room into other due to problems in their rooms and we were helpful in answering their request without any issues, but when we ask them to give us a little time ( less than half hour ) to stay until collect our stuff they refuse and they were not even willing to listen to us.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Room with living room and mini kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge. Room was quite dated. I guess it is an more economical option to stay before enter into Washington DC.

Staff was willing to listen to what inconvience I had with thr shuttle bus driver who forced for tip

Comfortable bed. Wifi worked. Plenty of space.

Need to replace carpet and repair the leaking tub.
