Very close of everything

Didn’t have ice machine and water in the room. Or property

The room in particular was beat up, needed paint and refurbishment, the carpet was disgusting I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. It was obviously cleaned by the staff but there's only so much that can do if the management doesn't replace what's needed. Everyone who worked there was nice.

Hotel food was really bad

TV needed to be fixed. Room phone didn't work, and instructions to log into WIFI are completely obtuse. Place is in need of a big facelift. Parking lot looks like it was attacked with mortars.

Woke up to my 11-year-old telling my husband that there was a "spider" by his head after we had all fallen asleep. Turned the lights on and realized it was a bed bug. Moved the pillows and found 4 others crawling around. Pulled down the covers and stopped counting at 11. Checked the other bed and stopped counting at 13. They gave us a new room where there were no bed bugs. The breakfast had a variety of foods, incuding a waffle maker. However, they didn't replenish all of the foods after they ran out. The front desk staff was often difficult to find. They sat behind a door, and you had to get their attention in order to ask for help. Sometimes they had a sign that said that they had stepped out, and we had to wait for them to return to get our key.

We uncovered the sheets and pulled back the mattress and stopped counting at 13. We checked the other bed in the same fashion and found 15. With a little bit of a fight, the front desk gave us a new room that did not have bed bugs. With that said, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious; however, they ran out of some items by the time we got there.
