Absolutely fantastic stay here- large suite with even an iPad for info on your stay and to contact the hotel staff. Pool + spa available too. Nice bar and restaurant very good quality - Kaan the general manager and his team are always on hand to help and made our business trip easy and comfortable. This is ideal for both tourism and business.

Very bad service. NO AC (didn’t work), very complex layout (had to walk too far to get to elevator. Rooms lamps Woked partially. Don’t know waste your money staying there.

Absolutely loved it! We had an incredible suite, the staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, it was quiet, well situated, etc etc etc. I'm so bummed this is going to cease to be a Hyatt hotel (or maybe a hotel, period?!) because we definitely would have stayed again. My ONLY complaint is that we requested an early check in after a red eye flight with our kids, and not only did we not get it, but our room was still not even ready at regular check in time. That said though, the staff did their best to make up for it and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I picked this hotel for my short transit stay in Frankfurt for its views and it didn’t disappoint. Room is basic with a nice big bathroom and small kitchenette. Bed was comfy but the view of the river, bridges and skyline was breathtaking especially in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was poor at all aspects I would look for another option outside the hotel next time. Front desk agents during check in / check out were polite and helpful. Room was super quiet and convenient.
