The service at this resort was absolutely terrible. One of the pool servers with tattoos kept making eye contact with us while we tried to wave him down, then completely ignored us—multiple times. We ended up having to walk to the bar ourselves just to order anything. On top of that, they gave our food to the wrong people, and it took over an hour to finally get it. Extremely disappointing experience for a place that’s supposed to be high-end.

Shoutout to Jamie at the Scottsdale Resort & Spa Hilton Coffee Shop! Just wanted to take a moment to give a big thank you to Jamie for the amazing customer service this morning. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. You can tell He genuinely cares about the people Hes helping—not just taking orders, but actually connecting with customers. Jamie made sure everything in my day was just right and had such a positive energy that it totally brightened my day. It’s little things like that that make a big difference, especially when you just cut off your leg a few months before and today your learning to walk on the new leg! And Jamie brightens my future! The facility is really pretty. However, short regarding to staff. parking is not well explained, currently going through maintenance like the A/C unit was not working on one side of the property. The restaurant did not have servers during breakfast.

"Staycation Heaven"

Stayed for my 60th birthday. Exceeded my expectations. Staff is amazing, Beka, Jonele, Alisha, Nicole, Lexi, & Angela. Valet & housekeeping staff attentive & professional. A local staycation gem!
