The Scottsdale Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton

Our stay was wonderful, made even more memorable thanks to Jayme, Mehki, and Dan — a few of the incredible staff who went above and beyond. At breakfast, Jayme personally introduced herself and kindly checked in on how everything was going. Her thoughtful, professional approach made us feel at ease, and she genuinely cared about making our experience special. She even went the extra mile to learn about our trip and booked us a reservation at the hotel’s hidden gem — the on-site speakeasy, which was an absolute highlight of our stay. Beyond the exceptional service, the property itself was stunning. The beautifully kept grounds and serene pool area made it easy to relax and unwind, while the speakeasy added a touch of fun and sophistication to our evenings. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and memorable experiences.

Lovely property. Love the feel of a traditional resort style stay. Pool was great-bar service was good. Everything is well kept. The bed was super comfy and the addition of black out curtains over the shutters was a great touch!

This place is stunningly beautiful! Our room was very nicely decorated and had a gorgeous view of the golf course. The pool is large and we had an easy time finding a lounge. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Shower didnt get warm and had soap scumb. Called front desk about it after an hr no one came had to ask for another room to shower in

I needed a quiet comfortable place to get over jet lag from being in South Africa so the place was great for that! However the Wi-Fi signal was very weak most of the time in the room and I was told the best place for the signal was by the front desk and of course I didn’t want to take all my paperwork out there! In addition on the 21st I call the room service number to order some food sent to my room got a voice mail left a message about 6:30 pm then fell asleep. When I woke up at 8 pm there had been no response and I decided it was too late to order a meal so let it go. Also the valet parking garage was almost empty and it was very hot on the roof top parking plus two flights of stairs to carry luggage up and down is a hazard! Seems non-valet Parker’s should be able to use the shaded garage area in the heat of summer!!

Excellent staycation for the family

The property is quite large and very beautifully kept up. There seems to be something to do for everyone from the pool to the spa to the Speakeasy Lounge and wonderful restaurant. The valet parking attendants were very pleasant and took care of my access to and from the resort. Check-in was very smooth and Anthony from the front desk was truly a gentleman and very informative of all of the options and layout of the property. He may check in very easy.

Halls need maintenence, packing fees on top of resort's fee almost $70+Dlls!!
