The Scottsdale Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton

I always have an amazing stay at the Scottsdale resort, anytime I come in town whether to see family or on visit I stay here! 10/10 service and its very peaceful!

Our company held its national sales meeting at this resort and it was great. The service and amenities were awesome and the location was great.

Our family of four (kids 7 & 5) stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Staff was generally friendly and attentive in the restaurant and elsewhere. Gina in the Boardroom bar/game room was exceptional. She made special mocktails for the kids, gave them stickers, and was so warm and friendly. The kids looked forward to going back to play games (shuffle board, pool, connect four, etc.) and visit each night. This area was a major plus, especially as a family. The spa was small but well-appointed and included coed dry sauna, steam room, and outdoor zen area with small barrel-style hot tub and cold plunge. We spent a great day at the pool as well. It was quiet for the season but our kiddos spent all day in the heated pool with lots of shallow play space. Rooms were nothing exceptional but well laid out. Engineering staff was helpful in replacing a shower head when needed although I would have appreciated a touch from management on the issue as we did have to wait a while for it to be fixed and couldn’t shower without it (kids were wet and cold from being in the rain). Overall, it is a very nice, quaint desert-style resort with all of the necessary amenities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Housekeeping staff didn’t speak English. Some days they never showed up until I called or chased them down.

Nice place but the people that work at front desk need to be retrained desperately. Horrible exsprience! Room was skipped on cleaning and bad odor at the pool of sewage. This place needs help!

Had one of the BEST deep tissue massages at the spa by Devin. She was kind and did such a great job, I would highly recommend her! Also, Leon at the Valet was so kind and gave me a ride to our villa on the golf cart! He noticed that I had a lot of bags and it was a bit of a hike, so that was really kind! Thank you!

Clean and central to everything

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Gina at The Social Room and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, her friendly and warm demeanor made me feel instantly welcome. But it wasn’t just the amazing hospitality —her creativity behind the bar blew me away. Every drink was a masterpiece, perfectly balanced and unique, crafted with obvious passion and skill. Gina made the whole experience unforgettable, turning a simple night out into something truly special. If you’re ever at Scottsdale Resort and Spa do yourself a favor and ask for Gina— you won’t be disappointed.
