Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre

The hotel is great The problem that I have is that I stayed in Sun Peak in a condo on the same dates but I did not booked at the sun peak Grand hotel We were part of a group that was booked through Ski Can and stayed in a condo provided by them I received an email from booking.com that I was booked at sun peak grand hotel but I personally did not booked in April 2025 We did not even know that we were skiing at Sun Peak until our group in October 2025 When I received emails from booking.com I talked to some of my friends and told them that I had not booked through your company they told me that it was probably a fake email and to ignore it I received an email from sun peak grand hotel that I had not showed up so I called them to find out that what’s going on and they told me that I did not showed up and a charge of approximately $500.00 was charged to my credit card I walked to the hotel and told them that I had not booked this trip and was staying in a condo with the group through Ski Can The hotel management told me that there was nothing they could do and to contact you to get my money back I would appreciate if you could contact me to discuss this matter further As I said I did not know in April 2025 where I was skiing in 2026 until the fall of 2025 I can be reached at 1-506-532-0446 or my email address bertthibo@gmail.com

The property is great but I am disappointed about how someone could supposedly book an hotel without me having confirmation from booking.com that this hotel was booked in April 2025

Had a nice time at Sun Peaks Grand. Friendly staff. Restaurant food & staff was outstanding. Outdoor hot tubs were lively but jets could be more powerful

Loved ski in ski out and loved our suite. A bit dated but very clean. Would like to have more à la carte breakfast options. Would like to have the gym opened earlier before the ski day.

Amazing on the hill ski in ski out accommodations- wonderful fully equipped rooms and great restaurants nearby. Ski grooming well done and run choices for every type of skier. No line ups to contend with. Friendly great service all around. Highly recommend- top ski choice for us

overall great hotel. wish it offered room service or in room purchases for sale when late at night. few light bulbs weren't working in our room. overall location is ideal and perfect for ski-in and ski-out. spa was wonderful and is the main reason we choose to stay here.
