Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre

A lovely decorated big room. Very quiet too as it was off season.

Just a bit of noise coming from the room the level above us with lost if thumping.

My husband and I went to this resort because of a movie. We saw My Secret Santa and the hotel looked so interesting that we decided to go. Great choice. The setting is beautiful and our balcony overlooked the ski runs and we were at snow level. Note-get gas in Kamloops because no gas is offered at Sun Peaks and it's a 45-minute drive once off the main highway. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It was extremely quiet when we went (before season) and we heard there were only 8 rooms booked. (Until 2 tour buses arrived). There are a few shops and restaurants in the village but unfortunately only a couple were open when we went. Mid-May is when most open. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. Food was cooked so well the first night, we repeated it the second night. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much! That's a wrap!

The Grand met all the needs for a great band conference. Thank you all whom worked hard to accomodate all the teens. Congratulations on a job well done!

Beautiful location off the beaten track (but not that far). Spa-like oasis and the hotel was a total surprise in term of grand-ness! Loved it. Coming back in 2 months with family from overseas.

Fantastic place to stay if going to Sunpeaks. Extremely friendly staff and a very clean hotel. The pool and hot tubs are a great way to spend time. We will be returning!

it was great! the room are soooo nice! the front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. Dinner was awesome, breakfast was delicious staff at the dining rooms were amazing and helpful! drinks were good! overall a great stay for a 40th birthday weekend with friends and family! we will be back during the snow season!

Overall it was average to good as we didn’t know that it was already off season and the shops were predominantly or almost everywhere were closed already.

A wonderful hotel, welcoming staff. Room was perfect and we had a very relaxing time, just what was needed. A great atmosphere in the village and folks were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, very xmassy and great location for the slopes. The staff are nice but not over friendly - when I mentioned a guest who had a dog that tried to attack a child and myself they didn't do anything about it. I complained again as the same dog was going mad in the lobby and was very aggressive but they took no action. I wrote to them after my stay but they were not interested. The rooms are clean with good amentities but a bit dated - but I can't fault the location as right next to the ski lifts. They have a ski hire shop in the basement which is really handy. The restaurant is OK - we only had lunch there with a limited menu but it's OK for what it is. My husband goes there every year - this was my 2nd visit and I would go back again but I wish they'd acknowledge his repeated visits and loyalty.
