"Hotel is lovely with very comfortable beds. The hot tubs and pool need a good clean and service."

Comfortable beds.

Jets in all hot tubs were not working. Charging for parking after season end when there was obviously very few guests staying and parking was not in high demand.

Great location, helpful staff, great amenities. Hot tubs could use a refresh of water, looked a little murky, but it was a busy time for Sun Peaks so lots of people using the amenities, so might not be a hotel-problem, but more just expected with that many people.

"Love Sun Peaks"

Great location and facilities! Room had everything we needed - kettle, fridge, coffee machine and very close to ski lifts and restaurants. Loved the lot tubs!

"Great family hotel with great facilities"

Great location and easy access to slopes and shops. Towels provided for the hot tub and swimming pool. Facilities in the room were great - fridge, kettle and nespresso machine with a refresh daily.

"Lovely stay"

The location of this hotel is perfect and close to everything. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. We were even able to check into our hotel at 11am!
