"Make a different choice."

Had a renovated room. Blood stain on sofa. No electrical outlets on desk. Only two USB plugs in entire room and they were on one side of bed. Pancake machine broken. No cinnamon rolls at 9am. Breakfast goes till 9:30. No ice in ice machine on third floor. Not very good for Holiday Inn. Disappointed
