Holiday Inn Express Union City San Jose by IHG

The price was comparable in the area BUT I was not notified the facility was under construction. I was forced to sign a form stating that I knew and was informed there was work being done on the facility and there was no access to the pool and other areas in the building. Access to the entrance was also very difficult.

Bad experience. Toilet did not work

I was honestly surprised by the quality of the room considering i just picked the cheapest room.

Breakfast was decent

The cable stopped working while I was watching the game. I went down to speak with front desk manager Maria. She came up to the room to see what the issue could be. She was very apologetic and also trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. She went and checked if the cable was working in a different room. She went down stairs to call comcast only to find out there was an outage in the area. She was very helpful and apologetic she even offered me an updated rook which I really appreciated.

The construction was horrible

It was pleasant room cleaned very comfortable and peaceful

Grocery store down the street. A short drive to dinning options..

Average hotel. Room was OK, but definitely time to start upgrading. Bathroom looks dated and worn. Carpet looks old. But, clean and good customer service. Parking is a bit tight.
