The pool is amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful The whole stay. The room was clean for the most part, I wish we had a microwave in the room but it was okay. The restaraunt food was very good but rather expensive. Drinks at the pool bar were amazing and the music they play at the pool is very nice We had a great time.

Microwave not in standard room, beach wasnt great for swimming in my opinion but was a very beautiful view and you can take a shuttle downtown and walk to better beaches so it wasnt a big deal.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The sunsets from the beach and pool area are beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the one gentleman who drives the shuttle was so very kind always helpful dm asking us how our day and adventure was (we called him our friend) 😊

Pool was a little too hot, could have been a few degrees cooler.

The closeness

The elevator was broken, had to go up and down to 3rd floor with bad knees. Bed was not comfortable at all. Refrigerator was broken. Pillows flat. Bathroom sink leaked. Sink wouldn't drain. Staff always seemed to busy to take time to help. Only one person at desk to even help.

The rooms were very spacious

The service was poor. The front desk was understaffed. No pool towels at the pool. To get towels At the front desk you had to wait often 15-20 minutes dues to understaffing. Not getting enough for our group of 6. Did not know we would not get any housekeeping for our 3 night stay. Very disappointed. The maintenance was very good. Our dryer was all rusted and unusable. After we reported it they came the same day and replaced it, and fixed some door handle and cabinet door issues too. I had visited 10 years ago when it was a Marriott property and loved the resort.
