Beautiful resort. Chicken Run restaurant, food and servers are amazing.

Rooms need a little tending to, faucets leak when turned on, freezer and icemaker not working, elevators not working.

При бронировании было указано, что там частный пляж, что было веским аргументом поехать именно туда ) при заселении еще раз об этом уточнили, но никто не сказал что там не океан, а болото с тиной, илом и водорослями , которые ужасно воняют. Лежаков возле моря почти нет , никто не купается там. Огромное количество людей в маленьком бассейне.

Location and the pool

The elevator was out of service and the receptionist at check in told us it did just happened and will be solved asap. We found out it has been out of service for a a bit now. Also the receptionist was not very polite, or welcoming. On our first day the pool was closed for some cleaning due to an incident :/ The restaurants were good for the vibe and the food.

Location. Easy access to restaurant and shopping

No room telephone. No ice machines other than at the front desk. Floors had cracked tile with ground in dirt in the joints. Housekeeping did not clean the room during my stay..

The one bedroom suite was nice. The pool was nice I did get an early check in.

The beach had a lot of seaweed. A section of the water was roped off. I’m not sure if it was to keep the seaweed in or out. The resort needs to find a way to remove it. The public beach did not have any seaweed The restaurant by the pool has paper menus. The resort should at least laminate them. I booked a sunset cruise with Brightwild that leaves from the back of the resort. The concierge called to tell me it was cancelled. Very disappointing. The concierge did offer an alternate.
