Nice pool and pool bar complete with pool restaurant. Bar staff was excellent and even brought food and drink to your chair.

No house keeping. If you ask them to come to your room, there is a charge for it. And if you need something, you have to go to the front desk because there is no way to call them. It was a very long walk, due to elevators not working.

Location - away from downtown - walking distance to botanical gardens, Starbucks across the street Shuttle was so awesome!!! Restaurant was Michelin-esque Pool was divine

Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit schönem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kostenlose Shuttle nach Downtown ist super.

Der Fahrstuhl in Haus 3 funktionierte während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalts genau 2 mal. Als wir ankamen und zwischendurch 1 mal. Sie waren zwar bemüht, ihn reparieren zu lassen, hat aber nicht geklappt. Wir wohnten in der 3. Etage. Beim Check out kam aber jemand vom Personal und half uns, die Koffer runterzutragen. Von daher war das mit dem kaputten Fahrstuhl nicht so schlimm. Den Strand fanden wir auch nicht schön.

Did not pay to eat breakfast at restaurant. But dinner there was excellent.

Key fab didn't work on gates to stairs. 1 Gate broken so got to stairs that way. Elevator near our unit broken so had to use stairs or park far away.
