The property was very nice

I did not like how the first day I booked a room with someone from the front desk, then the next day I wanted too book another night because I was there because my grampa was in the hospital around the hotel so I stayed there the first night which I called and asked if I can book a room at 18 there the first night was perfect then when I went to go book another room they made it a whole process where we had to leave and then come back at a certain time and then when we came back all the way from the hopspital that’s 45 minutes away they said we can’t get another room because i’m 18, but I had my ID and my cousin is 20 with his permit which that’s worked the first night the front desk guy scanned his permit and we were all set, but the ladies the second day had a problem with it.

We are disappointed my wife and I about cleaning the apartment, the bathroom because there was no door, there were no basic utensils in the kitchen, there was no hair dryer, we had a feeling that there was no cleaning in the room, the curtain of the room was broken and then I had to improvise a support so that we could cover the curtain, the kitchen hood is not working. And in general I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor facilities.

I wasn't offered breakfast.
