"Extremely disappointing breakfast"

Bed is okay, water is hot, space is warm, clean sheets and has a big window to see the snow.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing (and it has the same poor breakfast review from 2024, NOTHING CHANGED, so they are not trying to improve! Please REMOVE THAT YOU HAVE BREAKFAST from your page). The muffins were bland and tasteless, and the coffee was of very poor quality. We specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but the options were so limited and unsatisfactory that we ended up leaving to find a proper café nearby. For a hotel that advertises breakfast as an amenity, the quality falls far short of expectations. The receptionist was unhelpful and clearly lacked patience when dealing with guests. Her service felt rushed and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay. Inside the room: no water or any snack for the night.

There wasn't what I would call Breakfast.....either instant oatmeal, or little muffins wrapped in cellophane, that were gone by 8 am.

They could've been a little swifter making sure there was coffee. You need to not advertise breakfast is included.
