Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center

We found the hotel clean and quiet. Our room was in one of the extended areas - so 2 long hallways from the elevator. Not convenient, but very quiet. The breakfast service was exceptional both mornings. They offered a buffet Sunday morning and modified buffet with made to order breakfast on Monday morning. The front desk, waitstaff and cleaning team were all friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Only one issue bathroom shower was too low and the water didn't get hot enough.

Was okay, reported and ant issue and was told there is an ant issue everywhere. Maybe the carpenter ants were just working that weekend.

The hotel is old, worn and tired. It is heavily carpeted with de- humidifying machines placed in the halls - trying to absorb the moisture from the damp floors. I could not walk barefoot in my hotel room as the carpeted floors were soggy and damp feeling. Breakfast was unappealing- soggy eggs, cold bacon and grey sausage. Despite requesting house keeping, we did not receive it during our stay. We also saw 2 bugs in the bathroom. We will not return here and would not recommend.

Very nice stay, room was comfortable and clean.

There was something off about this place. Seemed clean though.. no bed bugs.... definitely odor in air. NO pool, hasnt been one in years, even the front place lady said so. Side entrance doesn't work at parking lots. Parking lots on opposite sides of hotel and only 1 entrance in front. Place is dated. Gave you an actual key for rooms. Didn't even bother with the cold free breakfast after seeing a roach in am.

The pool was out of order which was just bad luck. The gym was locked at early hours which was unfortunate. Usually guests have key-access to get in the gym

Mold in the room, bed bugs in the bed. I have proof.
