"We always love staying here, service is always great it always smells nice and I love the two room suite style it helps"

We stay here a lot and it’s always quiet and clean. We love the bar and indoor pool and hot tub and its suite style. I actually do love how it still has its original embassy look just could use a little paint and small updates.

The beds are older and not comfortable anymore and it could use a little updating such as paint.

The location is very good. Parking is ample. It’s very pretty inside.

The furniture in the rooms ( couch/chair) are very uncomfortable.

"Comfy but tired appearance"

We love the suite with 2 televisions. One of us goes to bed early and the other stays up late. It works out great for us.

Lubbock hotel is looking run down. Wallpaper peeling, stains on door frames and walls. It needs a face-lift. Managers special is a bonus, but snacks are cheaped out on and dried up carrots, and watered down ranch dip is un appealing. When something runs out it is not replaced.
