Pool, breakfast very clean

Our door handle was broken and our key would not work right away. We had to fiddle with it for a while before we could open the door. There was a used bandaid in the trash (not from any of us) and a blood stain on comforter. When I called the front desk to let them know about the issues we were having the woman cut me off and said "so would you like a new room then?". I did not appreciate being interrupted while speaking. She SHOULD be aware of the issues that we were having so these issues can be resolved. I am not quick to call and complain about things. I ignored the issues with the door and the dirty bandaid in the trash but I could not sleep nor put my child in a bed that had blood stains on it. We did not want to move all of our stuff and my child to a new room when we would be leaving the next morning so we just changed the bedding ourselves. I feel as though employee's should work on their customer service skills. It is unacceptable to have a used bandaid in the trash and a blood stain on the comforter.

Very comfortable with everything you need including a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

The key cards didn't work very well.

Beds were nice room's clean.

I didn't like being told there was free breakfast including EGGS on two occasions when there was only waffles and cereal. FALSE ADVERTISING 🤔🤔😡
