"Great experience, wonderful staff"

The staff was very polite and very accommodating. The bed was great to sleep in the room is a little outdated and some holes and some stains not a big deal cause you’re not going to sleep on the wall around the floor so the bed was wonderful. I like to be able to take a shower the next day, which was nice because the bathroom was clean. They had a wonderful little buffet in the morning which was sweet and the parking lot was huge and it was right off on the sideof the highway, so it was very nice to go from Michigan to Arizona and be able to stop so it’s very nice. Very great staff.

"Pay a little more and go somewhere else"

The cost and it had a smoking room.

The employees are rude especially the two older women. The blonde lady makes her 7 and 8 year old do her work we got locked out of our room and she was yelling at the little girl to hurry up and get to our door to let us in and she would not get up off the chair just like the dark haired woman would not get up to bring me a room key. 2nd randomly your room key stops working everyone was always at the front desk getting a new key. 3rd if your on the smoking side you get stained towels and bedding, light cleaning. Non smoking has new bedding and towels. I stayed for a week and had to go buy cleaning supplies and a mop because it was so dirty and house keeping just left the room they changed towels, bed sheets, toilet paper and trash bags that is it. NO ELEVATOR, and a flight of stairs to carry all your luggage up. Lamp shades had water damage stains. Total discrimination against smokers. There room gets hand me downs. All in All I will not stay there again.

Location

Not the cleanest. Staff was VERY unfriendly and had their children/grandchildren with them at work. Needed quarters for the laundry and a child got them for me. Guests yelling. I thought I read a review that the place was being remodeled, not sure where. Very outdated.

"Absolutely wonderful in everyway."

The breakfast was delicious. Always filling. Always glad coffee all time. Laundry room. Exceptionally great place to stay.
