It’s a nice place in a good location

I felt like I was being rushed out of my room because staff was right outside the door felt like waiting.

A staff that doesn’t bring their children to and scream at them at 6:30-7 am. Clean the rooms better especially the floors.

Polite, friendly, always willing to help. Location is great.

Liked it all.

There wasnt very many breakfast options

Dirty hotel. The room was not cleaned well at all. Pillows on one bed were not placed on the bed. Dog poop caked to carpet. Hairs in bathroom sink. Floor dirty in bathroom. Smudges of maybe blood on sheets. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee creamer at all. Just a jug of milk in a cooler. Plants placed willynilly in basic pots outside the front door. No elevator.

the beds were comfortable. there were protein choices for breakfast. nice set up for grab bars in the bathroom. The pool was larger than many we have encountered recently

the door to the room and bathroom door kept banging into each other. there was no place to put the towel when showering. They were remodeling so hopefully a towel bar will be mounted to the wall. The shower curtain rod was sloppy and the connections were wrapped with electrical tape. Hopefully that will be resolved with the remodel as well.

Location was great! There was a lot we didn’t like.

We were in Cuba for a wedding on Saturday evening. Several of our family checked in or tried to check in at 3:00. Their rooms on the second floor were not cleaned or ready at 3:00. They had to change clothes and get ready for the wedding in a dirty room. Our room was on first floor. When I pulled back the sheets late that night I found 3 or 4 long black hairs on the bed so pretty sure our sheets weren’t even washed. There was an obvious spider web in the corner of the bathroom. The bottom shelf of the wood vanity in bath was filthy. The floor around the toilet had obvious dirt that had not been swept up. This room was way below standards! We heard someone stomping on floor above us late at night and again in early morning. Breakfast was to be until 9 a.m. I went down a little before 9 and there was not a single thing. It had already been put away and cleaned up. When we left to check out, no one was at desk so we left our key on counter. I called desk later that night to get WiFi password. It wasn’t not in the room directory as it should’ve been. I could not understand the desk clerk at all. His English was so bad that I finally had him spell out the password. The bed was uncomfortable so were the pillows!
