They charged us for parking i have never heard of that and the pool was out of service and no transportation to disneyland no longer i feel like they should have discounted since its hot weather and people would like to swim in pool

"Definitely gone downhill."

Things were clean and comfortable.

The shuttle was cancelled, there was no dish soap to wash dishes, there was only 1 glass cup and 1 small plate available. It was very strange. Breakfast was sad at best!

"Not worth the money I paid."

I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn’t too far from Disneyland.

I am VERY disappointed in the fact that I was NEVER told that the pool & jacuzzi were under construction. The bathroom didn’t have a vinyl shower curtain so the water kept getting in the floor. When we called to request extra pillows & sheets so my son could sleep in the sofa bed, no one ever came. I also wasn’t told that there was a parking fee per day. The last time I stayed there, parking was FREE.
