Excellent staff, location, comfort of beds, cleanliness, underground, parking, and in room coffee!

Walls too thin! Could hear occupants in next room, talking, snoring, and alarm buzzing in the middle of the night. Didn’t make for a good night sleep that’s for sure!

The room was large and functional . The front desk service was outstanding, namely front office associate Ms. Razika Ali. She was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Couldn't have ask for a better Front Office associate!

"Phenomenal Staff at an Airport Convenient Property"

I booked a last minute room while navigating a medical crisis en route to the airport. From beginning to end my experience at this property was fabulous. Razika at the front desk was able to get me checked in quickly and placed me in a quiet room that was impeccably clean. I had to extend my stay several times and each time the staff was kind and efficient. They also took the initiative to ensure that my room was being serviced and that I was safe and comfortable. As a single woman dealing with a medical emergency on a work trip, I could not have picked a better place and a kinder staff to find respite with. I will definitely be returning to this well run property.

Convenient, excellent stay. Walking distance to the Milbrae BART/CalTrain station makes it ideal. The morning breakfast which begins at 6 am has a variety of food and choices.
