Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Francisco Airport

Hotel is very run down, room floor felt damp. Pool is under construction. Overall just not a very nice property. Room was clean but smelled mildewy.

Good location. Pleasant enough for 1 night stay. Close to airport. Lots of restaurants and services close by.

I asked for a quiet room and it was anything but that. Faced an open lot where delivery trucks and all kind of noise going on late in the night and in the early morning. I could not sleep.

I was touched by the thoughtful room decorations and the surprise gift—they made me feel right at home. Every time I return to your hotel, I’m welcomed with warmth and kindness, and this visit was no exception. The newly renovated rooms are even more comfortable and inviting, and the location near SFO airport makes it the perfect stay for frequent travelers like myself. Under construction, dirty room, we had to ask management for a different room and hours later we were moved to a new room.Crazy and they said we had to address concerns to Booking.com which transferred us to a China call center. No one cared.We were supposed to stay to nights and left after one Of course had to pay for 2.Dont stay

Very disappointed. So first when we went into the bedroom we found an empty plastic cup on the rug. Then in the living room when we went to pull out out the sofa bed we found a PRESCRIPTION PILL on the rug! So much for vacuuming. THEN when we pulled out the sofa bed we saw the sheet on the bed have numerous round spots (presumably urine stains) AND the mattress itself had exposed wires!! VERY POOR -- When we complained to management they down played everything - said the stains were from the laundry - and that were going to require the cleaner to take another refresher course (online I expect) on how to clean . I could not believe the attitude of the front desk when I showed her the sheet with the stains -- she said "where did you get those?" WHAT? say WHAT? where do you think I got them -- maybe I brought them with me?? I told her they were on the pull out sofa bed...DUH... Needless to say We will NOT return!~

Under renovation. ROOM was dirty and old .Air conditioning not working .We had such difficulty dealing with front desk, they told us to contact Booking .com and they transferred us overseas.Crazy.We did finally get transferred to a better room .We were to stay 2 nights and left after one.Of course charged for both nights.Aweful.Ferdinand at front desk was nice.

If you are ever in Millbrae CA you must stay here. This is a gem of a hotel, centrally located in walking distance to many great eateries and stores. Clean well appointed rooms. And if you are REALLY lucky you’ll meet Razika Ali at the front desk. She is so cheerful and helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel right at home and special with it being our anniversary. Thank you Razika!
