"Convenient, inexpensive, clean"

Good location near restaurants (O Sole Mio on Broadway) and stores (Trader Joe's, Safeway), friendly desk staff. Our room and lobby were very clean and attractive. The underground garage is about $19 but convenient. The Hot Tub was drained, so non operational (07/12/2025). The breakfast room was chaotic and crowded at 8 am with busy travelers, but appeared well very clean. The room attendant was very efficient. A Housekeeper (older lady, gray ponytail) spoke very loudly throughout hallways (at 8 a.m.) and cut in front of us at the elevator without letting us go first as guests. Not even a "pardon me"!

The only reason we selected this hotel was the statement on your website that they had airport shuttle service, which was false. We spent spent 24 dollars on a cab to the airport, for which I think we should be reimbursed.

"Exceptional Stay"

I had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Millbrae. Razika and Michelle were super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in really easy. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet—exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. In the morning, the free breakfast was a nice bonus with lots of tasty options. The location is great—close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It felt safe and convenient, especially for a short stay. Overall, this hotel is clean, cozy, and well-run. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone flying in or out of SFO! Rakhee

Stayed one night prior to a flight. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast was good. Parking for fee under the building. Gas station around the corner if you need to fill your rental car. 10 mins from airport. Convenient to restaurants.

"Great Location, great customer service."

We want to praise the excellence of customer service afforded to us by Ralika Ali (day shift front desk, June 13th). She was able to change our room due to the noisy area on the first floor. Also reassuring us with a beautiful smile, that our comfort was important to her. She was never bothered at any time by our request. Also, would like to recognize Scharae Steel (night shift front desk, June 12th) for welcoming us late at night with great customer service and a sweet smile.
