Great place to stay. Valencia the lady at the front desk is very good at her job. She is very welcoming

the breakfast option was VERY minimal, nothing but coffee, no juice nothing but sugared snacks.

My stay was excellent! Valencia is great at customer service. I felt very welcome the minute I came into the hotel I will definitely stay again very soon

My sister and I traveled to Illinois for a family funeral. We paid $151 for one night. Hotel is old and unkempt with lots of cigarette butts by the front door. Our room had minimal furnishings and large burn holes in the carpeting. "Breakfast on the go" was a joke. A drawer of breakfast bars and packages of dry cereal. Receptionist named Tyson was friendly and helpful - only reason for 2 stars. We found out that there was a cheerleading meet in town. . .so price gouging was their response.

The room had a bad smell and the water tasted moldy.

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating

It was easy to find and close to the IWU campus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The refrigerator in our room was really and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Bathroom needs a few updates but all in all it was a good stay.

Location

Needs some major updating. It was mostly clean but because everything felt rundown, didn’t appear clean.

The staff was very congenial, friendly and professional.

The holy smelled of urine and weed. The registers in the rooms were clogged with dirt and dust both of which my daughter is allergic to. You have to go down and ask for a hair dryer seems ridiculous, and the fact that I couldn’t get an extra towel upon checking in because I had to do a replacement instead speaks volumes.
