Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area

The location is good

When I chose this hotel, I did so because it offered transportation to Disney, free parking, and included breakfast. But to my surprise, none of this was actually included when I arrived. The shuttle service no longer exists, parking costs $36 per day, and breakfast is charged separately. In addition, rooms are not cleaned daily. I’m not saying towels and sheets need to be changed every day, but at least the trash should be taken out. There were guests with babies who left a bag of diapers in the hallway in the afternoon, and it was still there at night—it looked terrible. Overall, for the price, this hotel really needs improvement. The front desk staff are not very attentive or helpful.

Although a little further away from Disneyland it was a very nice stay for a good price. Room was clean and updated. Parking fee was reasonable

I wasnt made aware the pool was closed. I was offered an offsite pool but it was inconvenient. I wishvi was made aware that the pool was closed before booking

The pool was not working, and the hotel staff did not attempt accommodate to the pool situation. There is horrible Wi-Fi and horrible reception. The hotel staff seemed to be frustrated to speak to customers. I stayed here for the free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. You have to pay. There is no shuttle service. The room was clean, but no one came to clean the room. No clean towels or extra trash bags. There is no water pressure in the shower. It honestly felt like I had more pressure to get to the park earlier than the shower having pressure. Would not stay here again.
