The property is very small, which just perfect. The room was clean, modern and comfy and all the staff was very pleasant.

We have been many times to Negril and this is the first time at Idle Awhile! Theee best time.. Excellent in all ways. Thank you to the staff... everyone was just awesome! Rooms are chic yet boho, the beach is phenomenal, the cleanliness is second to none! Cannot say enough about Idle Awhile!

Small boutique hotel right on the beach. Restaurants on site that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Beach chairs just steps from there with umbrellas or palm trees to choose from.

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. It is small and quaint, well maintained, with excellent staff and it is located RIGHT on the beach. Absolutely convenient. It's great for families if that is your sort of thing. I went with my parents and friend and had a great time. You feel like you're staying at local apartments versus some large touristy resort. My family is from Jamaica so I personally prefer this more authentic-feeling kind of hotel. Security is there 24/7 so you'll always feel safe and the bar staff are so nice. I'll be back again next year!

Loved the location and condition of the property. Staff was excellent and friendly. Only issues were that the WiFi was down a lot and not reliable. Only the bedroom was air conditioned which was unexpected but ok for us.

Very nice property Wi Fi is terrible can only get if your on the beach during the daytime
