Overall this was a good price for the area. Nice room, I liked how it had two bathrooms and plenty of places to sleep. However, we found a spot of blood on the sheets in the master bedroom that we didn’t catch until the next day. They also had a full kitchen that was stocked with silverware, etc, and a coffee maker but no coffee filters. We brought our own coffee and couldn’t use it. The fireplace was nice and cozy. Overall A nice stay!

"Great fall getaway"

10.0

Had a great time in Bay Harbor! Hotel was lovely & the quiet post season time of year was perfect! Great service, friendly staff! The room itself was very nice & very comfortable! Lovely views. There were some touch ups needed that Im sure were a product of end of season, however details matter. Overall, looking forward to return trip in February!

We were given the 4th floor, but when we checked in the lone elevator was down. So we had to hike out luggage up four flights of stairs. We also noticed in the room we had no chairs at all, not even one at the desk. After inquiring we were given two desk chairs, not one sitting chair. The internet was unreliable, so much so, that in the time to get the websites to load, the pages would time out. The 10-12 cup coffeemaker was nice vs. the usual 4 cup one would see in a hotel room, but we were not given enough creamers, etc. for even two people (our room slept 4 people). One thing strange is that there is glass above the door, where lights from the walkway shone into the room during the night. It was a constant distraction for poor sleepers. We did enjoy the gym and The Knot on site was convenient and nice for a few drinks and watching our favorite college football game. I don't think we would stay there again. Not worth it for the price we paid.

"Nice Rooms, Bad Mattress"

8.0

The hotel room, the view and amenities were great. The king mattress, however, was a very cheap, springy type and we slept poorly on a trip we planned to catch up on sleep. I'd give this 5/5 if the mattress wasn't so horrible.

Everything was fine. The resort fees were a little high for being off season.

Very nice place but not a private balcony like was advertised. Could also use a full length mirror.

We went during the off season. The pool and spa were closed as well as all of the retail shops located underneath the hotel. Yet still I was charged the full resort fee which was triple what was shown on orbitz.
