The condo was great but could use better lighting.
This property was beautiful! We had sooo much fun and were so very comfortable except for the last evening we were there. They had varnished the floors in one of the other units and the smell was actually making us ill. We had to sleep with all of the windows open and the fans going and vents open and it was winter! However, the next day the Management team took care of us.
This was so amazing and comfortable. We went in October and is was off season so very quiet. Casino near by, go to the chocolate store!

Clean, well appointed rooms in a nice setting. Convenient to skiing and cute towns. Helpful staff. Hard to know about all the amenities as most things were closed because of the pandemic.

The only issue we had was controlling the heat.
While the room was spacious and did resemble the booking photos, it was in need of deep cleaning. Sliding glass doors were full of fingerprints, the floors hadn't been swept or mopped, many stains on the furniture and chair coverings, someone's makeup was on our comforter so it hadn't been changed. We literally cleaned countertops throughout before we could use them, sticky and dirty. There were dirty wine glasses and debris on the balcony and the suite upon entry smelled like wet dog. At check in, the staff didn't know anything about the area, where to eat, things to do, etc. We didn't know there were restaurants in the other building until we went for a walk, went inside and found them. Despite the obvious need for housekeeping and lack of knowledge in your staff, we did enjoy the fireplace, the view and location.
We love Bay Harbor ! If you ever have the chance you really should stay here .. we had a few issues , but the hotel is very accommodating.. One thing that I didn’t understand is handicap parking ? If there was we didn’t know where ? I’m in a wheelchair so it is defiantly something I appreciate when traveling ..
We are seniors. Based on that, we found the bathtub dangerous. It was very high without any mat in the tub. The lighting in the bath was dim and not adequate. The area was lovely. The room was clean and bedding adequate.
