"Really AmericInn"

Painted over defects, poor food quality, staff doesn't have a clue. I can't believe the lack of professionalism and the covered-up defects of the Facility. Food was horrible and coffee even worse. The staff doesn't have a clue??

"Disappointed"

No elevator or automatic sliding doors. Very dirty. They really jack up the price for friday and saturday. over $200 to sleep at unsatisfactory location.

"Good Motel, Good Value."

Would gladly stay there again. Lobby, Rooms, were nice, clean, and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend the motel to others.

"Horrible Motel"

Staff do not care about customers. Rooms are filthy all around. Not vacuumed, showers not clean. We do not believe the bedding was changed. There was black hair in the shower with the wall splattered. The mirrors were covered with spots. The refrigerator had an open 1/2 gallon of milk 3 weeks expired in it with black spots in it. We complained to the staff and just got a blank stare from them. The remote for the TV did not work at all.

"Think twice before staying here."

There is an Inn just up the street. Try them. This location pool and hot tub are out of service. Ice maker doesn’t work. Soda machine has only hot sodas. They are pet friendly, which was one of the reasons I chooses this location.

"Very poor service"

I was there on a business trip and took my girlfriend, they have a pool and when we got there the pool was closed they had no ice the soda machine had hot soda in it and to top it off the cable kept going off while my girlfriend was watching it. When she went to talk to the staff about the things wrong all they said was well it’s not our problem, we just work here. Very rude staff and the hotel was just about empty so there was no reason for them to be so rude. The breakfast, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my time of traveling.

"Check your whirlpool vents as they have dirt condoms in them"

Staff did absolutely nothing about it either like it was just normal gave me a few cleaning solutions so I personally had to clean it out no discount no room change just here clean up some other persons used condom

"I have been to AmericInn's and they are all great, but one is the BEST!!!"

Super Service!!! Excellent, caring, professional, REAL and kind receptionist! We were able to check in early, we arrived abit earlier than expected. Breakfast: donuts and muffins tasted like they were from a bakery!! Yum!! Sausage and bacon hot and fresh! Bagels were fresh, soft . They even had the 'everything' bagel. Two cream cheeses! ....and much more to eat!! The girl who served the breakfast was very efficient so that everything was filled and kept tidy write until 10:00. The room was perfect in cleanliness! No dust anywhere! Clean tub and shower. Clean refrigerator! New carpet or cleaned super good!! I am not from around here so this is my WONDERFUL first impression! They even have soup from 5-7. In the summer the have pulled pork sandwiches!!! What a great idea!!! What a treat!!! Fix: the two tables at breakfast were wobbly. Didn't want to dirty other tables so we used them.

"Cobblestone is much better"

I am so glad I was at the Cobblestone my employee's stayed at the AmericInn I personally myself look for AMERICINN to stay in myself I am a diamond member but i would never use the Ladysmith AmericInn I nebver had any issues at any other AmericInn
