The renovation is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos the the young lady the was working the morning of July 22nd. She was very busy and handled it well. I haven't been here for a while, but with all of the improvements, will definitely be back. Overall, great experience.

A pleasant stay in Ladysmith Wisconsin. This AmericInn was nicely updated and very clean. I appreciated the comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. The sheets and towels were extremely soft and smelled so good. I like that there was a chaise lounge in the room. All the usual amenities were included as well as a separate desk and full length mirror.

The original Americinn. It’s clean, slight mildew smell in room, very dated, nothing luxurious. Towels are thin and small, blankets are old. Bed is ok, pillows kinda lumpy. Grab and go breakfast was small and no coffee was the biggest disappointment in the morning. You get what you pay for!

We have property in Holcombe that we’ve been slowly but surely building a cabin on and have stayed at a hotel near there for quite a bit more money and not very great facilities. So when I saw on Tripadvisor that this hotel got good ratings, I thought we would try here since it was much cheaper. I was very surprised how easy it was to find, how large the lobby was and how helpful the staff was at checking in. Our room was rather large and extremely clean which I really insist upon. It had a microwave and fridge. The temperature of the room was great because it was sweltering outside. And we were able to find a few dive bars that were open as well as a tiny dive bar that had the best pizza. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only issue we had was the pool wasn’t open, but since the lake was so close, we just jumped in there.

During our stay at this Motel most of the staff are wonderful except for the manager who treats us like lowclass people.My husband is dying of cancer yes we have a small dog but she goes eveywhere with us.I wanted the handicap room for my husband but was told we couldnt because of our dog.The manager has opened our mail took a package and put it in her car that was delivered last sat.I get here last night after work and the package was lying on the bed,was told the manager seen it on top of mailbox sat. put it in her car .She has opened mail that has been addressed to Wayne and Betty Wilkans we are only here due to our house being burned.I keep our room clean and don"t bother anyone.Our room is paid for by our insurance company if our mail is opened again by the manager then it is a Federal offence I am a nurse and would never tamper with someone elses mail.Thank you Betty Jo Wilcans roon 116

Went to ladysmith for family ski weekend. The staff could not have been more accomadating. Letting us set up for our group meals, giving recommendations for food take out, to getting a roll out for a third child. The staff was always friendly a d interesting. Made our trip so much fun

This hotel is ok, not luxurious. The room was generally clean, beds good, and pillows put us to sleep quickly! It’s a low price so we didn’t expect anything fancy. Breakfast is limited but coffee was hot. Towels are very small and thin, but we were able to get more from the front desk. We’ll stay again if we’re in the area.
