Die Raumgestaltung des Hotels war geschmackvoll.

Der Raum war insgesamt zu dunkel, da es kein großes Oberlicht gab.

Location on UCONN. Wanted to visit a field hockey match.

Staff could be a bit more pro active, friendlier and helpfull.

Restaurant was excellent. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly.

The furniture in the room is getting a bit long in the tooth. Also, minor, but the heaterAC rattled. We use a sleep sound machine so it didn't bother us but sans that it might have been disruptive.

Friendly service from staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Really nice hotel on Storrs Uconn campus. Extremely helpful staff. Most grateful for finding my sons lost passport. Would certainly recommend if you stay at Uconn. Hotel bar is fine and breakfast is available at reasonable price.

We had a great stay. UCONN campus is very impressive! My only complaint is, when checking in we were instructed where to park. It wasn’t until we checked out and I saw a tiny sign hidden behind the card processor, that I realized they charge $9 per night for parking. I brought it to the attention of the clerk that not only weren’t we informed at check in about the fee, but that the sign should be larger and placed where patrons can actually see it!!!

Upon arrival Ms. Venus made us feel welcomed. She answered all our questions and made us at ease.
