"Fun employees at the bar/lounge"

We stayed 2 nights due to a wake/funeral in the area. It was hard to get a temp just right in the room. The hotel is nice, and the service at breakfast was excellent!

A/C didn’t work, reported it twice. Had to go and get someone from the front desk. After many attempts could not be fixed but they said there was no other room to give me. Worst experience in a long time.

I liked that we could eat at the Trophy Room without having to drive somewhere. Meals were great but portions too big. I ran out of toilet paper the night before I left and had to use kleenex. Looked everywhere and there was not an extra roll of toilet paper in room 302.
