Park Regis Griffin Suites

From arriving everything went smoothly I forgot about parking and have an SUV that wouldn’t fit, not a problem they solved this issue, the young man on reception was very helpful and the guy vacuuming offered to assist with my bags, lovely gift in our room also, could not recommend enough and will definitely stay again so nice to see staff that enjoy their job well done, value for money. Also close to Lake for a walk after a long drive

Really unclean and smelly. Could smell neighbouring rooms smoking. Filthy carpet, felt horrible to walk on. Very limited parking

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Our 1 bdrm apartment was very spacious and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Nice and quiet location with plenty of trams a minute away. Highly recommend

Unable to park car on property for the first night and unable to arrange parking before arrival as I tried and found this frustrating.

We planned our stay for two nights. The lobby is very clean and inviting, with a lovely clean fragrance as you enter. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful. We were located on the 3rd floor in a one bedroom apartment. A semi kitchen that seemed to be tidy until you looked closely. The layout of the room was nice with a comfy couch. The bed felt a little firm but I still had an ok sleep. We took our own pillows so not sure what the pillows were like. I did plan to cook breakfast in the morning but multiple negatives changed my mind about cooking here. The electric frying pan was dirty. There was no egg flip so cooking eggs was out of the option. Every bowl and plate was dirty and put back in the cupboard. the cups were ok but I put everything in the dishwasher to ensure it was clean. The microwave was filthy. The rubbish bin was full with a dirty pair of underwear sitting in the top. There were no extra garbage bags. I neatly stacked my rubbish on the bench prior to leaving but every plate and bowl was clean for the next guest. I wish the one prior to me could have given the same courtesy. Also would have been nice if the cleaners had done their job. Location was good for us for our city stay for a family members b'day. Not a place I would suggest to stay as value for money went out the window due to the dirtiness. I don't need high and luxury but I do want a CLEAN ROOM. Unfortunately Park Regis didn't provide me value for money. The staff member who checked us out wasn't that interested in what I had to say about the room and requested I send an email. I've done that and left a public review due to the lack of trying to make our stay a little better. I paid good money for a dirty room.

The toilet broke at night and because theirs no reception after 7pm no one to fix it.
